Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas in Utah visiting lots of family and friends! We stayed with Dan's parents in Sandy and loved seeing all the snow! We got to go down to Provo when my cousin Jon and his wife Jenna blessed their new little girl Katelyn. She is absolutely adorable, and we had lots of fun visiting with all the Ralphs!


We got to make popcorn balls at Shauna's house:


We spent a fun Christmas Eve with all of Dan's family.


Oakley got lots of practice opening presents that night.


So by the next morning, she was an expert:


Christmas Day, Dan's mom made a delicious breakfast. Later, after a huge snow storm in the valley, everyone came over for dinner.

Oakley just loves Thor. Every time she saw him she would start laughing.


Dan's Christmas present-- a new snowboarding helmet, which he got to use a lot while we were out there.

I was very happy to get to see my old roommate, and very good friend, Crystal, and her daughter Brielle while we were out there!


Brielle was so cute with Oakley.


She wanted to help with the baby. She will make such a good big sister!

For the Utah game, we drove up to the Johnsons' house in Layton. Aaron and Nikki were visiting from Las Vegas with their adorable little girl Chloe:


Chloe and Oakley are about three months apart.


We were SO happy to see them, it's been forever!


We had so much fun with everyone that night! And we were so excited when the Utes won!




Sadly, half our Christmas presents disappeared off our doorstep when they were accidentally delivered to Philly while we were away. This is especially sad since they included a killer deal on some bindings Dan found on Ebay: normally $400, brand new for $130. Oh well, at least the house wasn't broken into or anything like that!
